泥浆不落地系统,又被称作钻井废弃物处理系统、岩屑不落地系统、钻屑不落地系统、随钻泥浆不落地处理系统。
泥浆不落地的目的:
随着环保要求的提高,以往那种将泥浆钻井液直接掩埋做法已经不符合环保要求;在以往钻井过程中添加的化学制剂(如重晶石)等也存在大量浪费的现象。所以泥浆不落地系统主要目的是为了解决将废弃钻井液固化、运输到指定地点处理和回收钻井液中有用材料(如油基泥浆中的石油)。
钻井液泥浆不落地的设备集合:
泥浆不落地系统根据钻井液泥浆的种类可分为:水基泥浆不落地处理系统和油基泥浆不落地处理系统两大类。其中水基泥浆不落地的设备包括:高速钻井液离心机(配螺杆泵)、钻井液干燥筛、钻井液压滤机、螺旋输送机、加药单元、泥浆罐和岩屑箱。油基泥浆不落地的设备包括:高速钻井液离心机(配螺杆泵)、钻屑干燥机(也称岩屑干燥机、岩屑甩干机、钻屑甩干机)、加药装置、螺旋输送机、岩屑箱。
泥浆钻井液不落地的处理流程:
水基泥浆不落地:待处理的泥浆通过管汇输送到钻井液干燥筛上处理,处理后的泥浆通过螺杆泵进入钻井液离心机,进一步处理,处理后的泥浆进入泥浆罐搅拌再一次注入到泥浆循环系统中。而处理过程中留下来的废弃物通过螺旋输送机输送到钻井液压滤机中进一步干燥,最后从压滤机中出来的固体物块被送到岩屑箱中拖出场地进行掩埋或者其他处理。
油基泥浆不落地:待处理的钻井液泥浆被输送到钻屑干燥机(岩屑干燥机、岩屑甩干机、钻屑甩干机)上,处理后的钻井液泥浆输送到钻井液离心机中进一步处理,钻井液离心机处理完毕后的泥浆液体被重新注入到泥浆循环系统中。处理过程后的废弃物被运送到岩屑箱中。
